Wilson College was founded in 1869 as a Presbyterian-affiliated, liberal arts college for women in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Sarah Wilson provided the initial gift to establish the College. Today, we are a college rooted in more than 140 years of tradition, with a forward-thinking outlook. In addition to our undergraduate program, we offer adult degree, teacher intern and master of education programs for men and women, plus a nationally recognized residential program for single mothers with children. All of our students agree to live by our foundational honor principle of integrity, responsibility and respect.
