Official high school transcripts and/or official copy of your G.E.D. transcript. Transcripts should be sent directly to the admissions office from your high school or your state Department of Education.

Official college transcripts from each school attended. Please be advised that you may be required to submit course descriptions to assist in evaluation of transfer credit.
