A message from Beverly Evans, Director of Adult Degree Program Admissions
Welcome to Wilson College’s web site, I’m glad that you are considering enrolling at Wilson for your college education. My name is Beverly Evans and I am the Director of Adult Degree Program Admissions and an Academic Advisor for students at least four years beyond high school graduation or GED completion, both men and women. Wilson has been working with adult learners since 1982, and I hope that you will join us in the pursuit of your college degree.
Returning to or beginning your college career as an adult can be stressful. My goal is to make your transition to college a pleasant and stress free experience. As an adult student myself, I understand the challenges of attending college while balancing work and a personal life; I am here to guide you through both the admissions and course selection process.
Wilson is pleased to offer 5 degrees that can be completed exclusively with evening classes; Accounting, Business Management, Elementary Education, English and Management Information Systems.
I would love to meet with you and explain the admissions process and assist you in finding your perfect degree path. Please feel free to contact me via email at bevans@wilson.edu or by phone at 800-421-8402 or 717-262-2025. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

A message from Mary Foltz, Associate Director of Adult Degree Program Admissions
Thank you for choosing to learn more about the Adult Degree Program at Wilson. Wilson College is a leader in the continuing education arena, plus our reputation for working with, advising, and guiding adults in reaching their academic goals is widely known.
To qualify to be an adult learner at Wilson, there is one basic criterion: you must be at least 4 years out of high school ~ and there’s no limit on the upper end! We accept women and men. We serve adults in a variety of ways ranging from evening classes to flexible scheduling to financial aid. Our staff and faculty will support and guide you throughout your college career.
In the 90s, I came to the realization that I needed an advanced degree in order to advance. But I was scared. It had been quite a while since I was on a college campus and my biggest initial worry was finding the right building! When I found the building that first day, I was so relieved and knew that I had taken the right step. I loved it ~ the learning, the camaraderie with the students, the atmosphere, and the excitement of a college campus.
New experiences can be scary and the first step is the hardest. Take that first step at Wilson! Once you take that first step, you, too, will enjoy life as a college student.
Maybe the first step is a simple phone call? Please call 800-421-8402 or 717-262-2025 or email me at mfoltz@wilson.edu and I will be glad to answer your questions and concerns. I also work with area businesses. If you would like me to visit your organization and tell you about Wilson, please contact me.

Sincerely,
Mary
