Personal Enrichment Course Offerings - Spring 2014
This term we will teach the East Coast Swing (also known as Triple Step Swing). This fun, exciting and versatile dance can be danced to a wide variety of music such as rock and roll, country, oldies, disco and the top hits of today. Triple Step Swing is excellent training for footwork. We will start with the basic triple step and beginning variations as we work our way through the East Coast Swing bronze level syllabus.

Class limit: 12 couples Fee: $108
Join us for a course on all the couponing basics, best deals and money makers. This course will include policies for stores in the area, lists of sites to find your deals, instruction on how to find deals, a breakdown of how to get the most product for the least amount of money and all the materials to be an organized couponer. Along with all of this Danielle will give you a complete list of deals for the following week. This class will pay for itself immediately!

Natural Nutrition for Weight Loss
Did you resolve to lose weight in the New Year but don't know where to start? Join certified nutrition coach Janelle French as she discusses the importance of a whole foods diet with an active lifestyle. Through her personal experience and extensive research on the subject, Janelle will instruct participants on how to safely lose weight, lower the risk of certain diseases, stay active, improve sleep quality, eliminate cravings, and much more during this six week training program. There might be snow on the ground but now is the time to plan your garden with beautiful color. Learn how to create the look and feel you want to achieve in your garden by understanding the basic design tools: color, shape and texture. Get a head start on your spring planning and planting with a landscape designer.

Spanish - Intermediate Conversation
Graciela, a native of Lima, Peru, will help you take the next step in becoming bilingual. This class is perfect for those looking to brush up on their conversational skills or anyone who has taken her basic class in the past. Fee includes text book.

What could be more fun than participating in a Latin-inspired, calorie-buring dance party-exercise program? Nothing! Zumba is it! Latin music is motivating which adds to the popularity of this program. This semester's class will be calorie-buring, but not as hectic. Toning will be incorporated in the movements thus making it a little slower-paced. Sandy will combine dance steps, unique moves and comfortable combinations. The hour will go by quickly as you tone, dance, become healthier and happier.
