Child Care Center

The Wilson College Child Care Center, licensed by the Department of Public Welfare, is located in Prentis Hall. Currently, the center accommodates 45 children 20 months through 5 years of age year round.

The Child Care Center strives to provide high quality child care to Wilson College students, staff, and the Chambersburg community through a curriculum that is child-centered and developmentally appropriate.

The staff help children develop emotional, social, physical and cognitive abilities that they can build on for years to come. These child care professionals work together to provide children with a safe, healthy, organized, and nurturing environment, where children feel secure to try new skills. Given time for hands-on investigation and opportunities to create, reason, problem solve, socialize, and communicate, each child will discover and learn at their own individual pace.

We are currently enrolling for our Preschool and PreKindergarten classrooms.

For more detailed information about the Wilson College Child Care Center, please call 717-262-2030.
