Registration deadline: Friday, May 17th.
No refunds will be given for cancellation after this date.
Any registrations after this date are subject to availability of space.

Child care
Child care is offered for a fee on Saturday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. and also in the evening from 6 to 8 p.m.

Preregistration is required for appropriate arrangements to be made.

Child Accommodations
There is no lodging charge for children if the parent(s) provide bedding.

Children under 4-years-of-age also eat for free.

Campus Housing
Residence hall rooms are available for $ 35 single or $30 double per person. Linens are supplied, but we suggest bringing extra towels. You may also wish to bring a lamp and a fan or a blanket, depending on the weather forecast.
There will be a limited number of fans available to rent for $5 each.

NOTE: the dorm rooms are not air-conditioned
Alumnae indicating mobility concerns will be placed in McElwain/Davison as the only residence with elevator access. All other halls have step requirements.

Transportation
If you need a ride or if you are driving and could bring another alumna from your area, please indicate this on your reservation form. We will work hard to assist in coordinating arrangements for all those wishing to attend. We regret we are not in a position to make guarantees.

Campus Smoking Policy
Effective July 1, 2012 the Wilson campus is smoke-free, meaning that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Wilson College property.

1958 - has a block of 25 rooms reserved at Four Points by Sheraton, Chambersburg.
Rate is $75 per night and includes breakfast. To lock in rate, register by
May 17, 2013 by calling 717-263-9191 and giving the Group Code of WILS58.

1963 - has a block of queen bed rooms reserved at Candlewood Suites, Chambersburg.
Rate is $80 per night. To lock in rate, register by April 30, 2013 by calling 717-263-2800
and giving the Group/Block Code of W50.
