Reunion Weekend

Reunion 2015 was held June 5-7, 2015! 

The classes celebrating Reunion were those classes
ending in 0's and 5's (example: 1960 and 1965)   

2015 Award Recipients and Honorary Membership Recipient  

The Alumnae Association of Wilson College would like to announce the recipients of the 2015 Awards:
Distinguished Alumna Award – Margaret Ward ’65
Distinguished ADP (Adult Degree Program) Alumna/us Award – D'Arcy Charney Wagonhurst ’90, awarded posthumously
Outstanding Young Alumna Award - Patricia Clough ’95
Tift College Award – Freya Burnett  ’85
Faculty Award – Karen Adams
(due to Karen’s schedule, her presentation will occur on Saturday, Sept. 26 during Fall Weekend)

The Alumnae Association also honored Julie Englund by presenting her with Honorary Alumna status. Julie served on the Wilson College Board of Trustees from 2005-2014: proof of her devoted support for Wilson. She has also enjoyed career success with many non-profit and higher education institutions.

REUNION 2015 RAFFLE
During Reunion 2015, the Alumnae Association sponsored a round-robin raffle to raise funds for the association’s operating budget. Prizes were drawn Saturday evening.

All registered guests are invited to join us on the main green for a family-friendly
picnic to celebrate “I am WILSON!” Your official weekend name tag is your
admission ticket. A kids corner will be available to help entertain younger guests. This is a time to show your true colors and start the spirited Odds/Evens competition!

Join us in singing the Wilson songs of yesteryear and current songs and chants of Wilson today. Since 2007, the Odds/Evens trophy is awarded by the director of alumnae/i relations based on spirit, creativity and overall group participation.
