Prof. Virginia Anderson-Stojanovic
After 35 years of instructing students on Latin, Classical Civilization, Art History and Archaeology, Prof. of Classics and Fine Arts, Virginia Anderson-Stojanovic is leaving the community upon completion of the spring semester. She notes that she appreciated the serious, respectful tone her students have shown, and for the laughter they have brought her over the years.
When asked about post-retirement plans, she said, "I am looking forward to having some time to complete several archaeological publications and continuing my study of Balkan [southeast European] languages and culture. I would like to become active in several international nonprofit organizations in the Baltimore –Washington area where we will relocate next year."
