Grants Office

As part of College Advancement, the Grants Office helps Wilson College to develop and strengthen mutually beneficial partnerships with organizations whose mission is to advance education and other projects of shared interest.

The Grants Office prepares institutional grant applications, supports faculty and administrator applications for research, education and service grants, and tracks grant activities, goals and accomplishments for reporting and general communications.

The Grants Office offers services and grant-related resources to assist faculty and administrators in obtaining funding for research, service and education projects from foundations, corporations, government agencies, and other organizations.

Our staff can provide advice on funding strategies and preparing grant applications; help suggest potential grant sources; provide forms and information about obtaining funds from foundations, corporations, and federal agencies; and assist with the development of grant proposals.

It is essential for the College to coordinate its funding efforts for both institutional and individual faculty/staff/administrator projects. Faculty, administrators and staff are requested to inform the Grants Office about any plans they may have to contact an outside funding agency and to coordinate with the Grants Office on proposal development, routing and submission.
