The Wilson College Athletic Department is proud to announce the “Athlete of the Week”. Freshman, goalkeeper, Gina Weigold (Charlottesville, Va./ Monticello) was chosen as the Athlete of the Week based on her outstanding performance on the field hockey field. Weigold recorded 24 saves in the cage for the Phoenix in their weekend games verses Houghton College and Christopher Newport University. For the season, Weigold has totaled 76 saves with a .760 save percentage.
