Wilson College point guard Tara Fields (Berryville, VS/ Clarke County) surpasses a 1,000 career points this afternoon in Wilson’s game verses Keuka College. The junior converted a foul shot 7 minutes and 39 seconds into the game hitting the 1000 point benchmark. For the game, Fields scored 23 of the team’s 39 points, going 3 for 6 from the line. According to head coach Angie Grove, “I am ecstatic and very proud of Tara for accomplishing this goal. She works extremely hard and this recognition is well deserved.”
