Assistant Professor position in Exercise Science

Wilson College invites applications for a non-tenure track, assistant professor position in EXERCISE SCIENCE for a two-year contract with a possible one-year renewal.

The department is seeking candidates with expertise in exercise physiology, who is willing to teach activity courses, and obtain certifications as appropriate to teach other required courses in the department’s curriculum. The position begins August 2014. The position calls for an individual with a commitment to teaching in a liberal arts environment. Courses taught include undergraduate courses in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Testing/Prescription, Injury Prevention, First Aid, Exercise Management and Physical Education activity courses (mostly of the fitness nature). Master’s Degree in Exercise Science or related field required.
