Coaching Vacancy: Head Men’s Volleyball Coach

Wilson College is seeking qualified and motivated applicants for the position of Head Men’s Volleyball Coach.

The successful candidates will begin recruiting and planning immediately for the

college’s first Men’s Volleyball Season slated for Spring 2016. The successful candidate must

demonstrate the ability to recruit collegiate athletes, work with athletes of all skill levels, strive toward

conference competitiveness, and be prepared to potentially coach both men and women in the

future.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree, Prior Collegiate Coaching Experience in the sport preferred, Valid Driver’s License, CPR/1st Aid Certification, Clearances Required

Primary Job Duties: Head Coaches are responsible for all aspects of the varsity programs within

NCAA Division III, conference (NEAC), college and sports-specific regulations. Duties include, but

are not limited to, recruiting prospective student-athletes; scheduling and managing events;

analyzing performance and instructing athletes in physical training; record / budget keeping;

equipment inventory; attending department, conference, and college meetings (open house events);

and other sport-related duties as assigned.

Starting Date: July 1, 2014

Part-Time Annual Salary $8,000
