CHAMBERSBURG, PA. – The first two in a series of free workshops for 2014 called “FRESH! – Finding Responsible Eating Strategies for Health” will be held at Wilson College in January and February. FRESH! workshops are free and open to the public.

The first workshop will be held from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, in Sarah’s Coffeehouse in lower Lenfest Commons. It will feature a program presented by professional photographer Sherry Frey and her daughter Linny, who is a food blogger for the Daily Meal. The program will chronicle their visit to the West Cork Food Festival, a two-week event in Ballydehob, Ireland. Recipes will be provided.

The second event in the series will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, also at Sarah’s Coffeehouse. The program will feature a book chat about “Eating on the Wild Side” by Jo Robinson.
