CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – The Wilson College Veterinary Medical Technology Club will host two dog washes this fall – on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 22 and 23. Both will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the college veterinary building near the Park Avenue campus entrance off U.S. 11 (Philadelphia Avenue).
The cost is $5 for toy dogs, $8 for small dogs, $13 for medium dogs, $18 for large dogs and $22 for extra-large or double-coated dogs. The fee includes a bath, nail trim, ear cleaning and drying — all of which will be performed by VMT Club members, most of whom are enrolled in Wilson’s veterinary studies program.
All dogs must have a current rabies vaccine.
Proceeds raised during the dog washes will help pay for the club’s fall trip in November.
