Move-In Information

For Fall 2015, Women with Children Residents check-in Wednesday August 12 from 9am-1pm in Prentis Lounge. New International Residents check-in Thursday August 13 from 1pm-9pm in Lenfest Lobby. Soccer & Field Hockey residents, new and returning, check-in Monday August 17 from 9am-10am in Lenfest Lobby.

New incoming and transfer students check-in Wednesday August 19 from 8am-11am in Lenfest Commons Lobby. Returning students can check-in either Friday August 21 or Saturday August 22 from 11am-5pm in Lenfest Commons Lobby.

All students should go to the check-in location within the check-in time indicated for their group below to pick up their room key. No permission for early arrival will be granted - you must plan to arrive during your allocated time as listed below. If you belong to several of the student groups listed below, you should check-in during the group time that occurs first (i.e. if you are a soccer athlete and a returning resident, you should check-in during the Fall Athlete check-in on 8/17). If you have questions regarding which group you should check-in with, please contact the Director of Residence Life.

At the time of check-in, residents will sign their 2015-2016 Room & Board Agreement and pick up their Room Condition Report form (due to your Resident Assistant within 24 hours). New students will also pick up their Orientation folders at Check-In on August 19. If you are checking in with one of the groups that is marked with an asterisk (*), you must follow-up with your RA as well as go to the very next regular check-in time (those in bold) to pick-up and complete all the required forms. All students are required to complete and return a Room Condition Report for their room within 24 hours of move-in. Failure to do so will result the inability to appeal damage charges at hall closing.

There will be signs and staff directing cars and unloading efforts during move-in. Please note that if you have an outstanding balance as of the move in date and have not completed arrangements for payment or if you have a medical hold (for incomplete paperwork), you will not be allowed to check-in or pick up a key for your room.
