Student Life in the Adult Degree Program

Wilson offers a wide range of activities and services available for all students. Part-time and full-time students, day and evening students may use the services of Career Development for internship and job search, graduate school information, resume critique and other career services.

The Academic Support Center offers free tutoring in many academic areas and provides critiques for student papers. The Academic Support Center also arranges needed accommodations for students with documented special needs.

Adult students are encouraged to participate in Student Activities including a weekend film series, clubs and organizations and special dinners throughout the year. Our adult students have been an important part of the Students in Free Enterprise team, the Education and Environmental Clubs to name a few.

Students may also take advantage of our low-cost dining options. The Jensen Dining Hall is open for three meals each day and Sarah’s Coffeehouse on the lower level of the Lenfest Commons provides quick meals in the late afternoon and evening.

Many adult students have limited time to participate in campus activities.  We know that adult students are juggling many responsibilities.  We encourage students to take advantage of any program available on the campus.
