Sesquicentennial Common Hour Series: Boldly Wilson with Amy Ensley

Join us for the first Boldly Wilson Common Hour Series presentation as part of our Sesquicentennial Celebration. You’ll hear from Wilson faculty as well as guest speakers. Reflect on what it means to be bold, get inspired to act boldly, and learn from bold historical figures that helped shape Wilson as we know it today.

Sesquicentennial Alumni Art Invitational

Visit the Cooley Gallery and explore a special invitational alumni art exhibit. This show will feature works by graduates of Wilson’s bachelor’s and MFA degree programs that celebrate all that is Boldly Wilson. Cooley Gallery is named in honor of Wilson alumna Sue Davison Cooley ’44, a Portland, Ore., area philanthropist and Wilson College benefactor.


2019 Juried Student Art Exhibition

Join us for this annual juried undergraduate art exhibition. An opening reception will be held April 3 from 4:30 - 6 p.m.

Wilson Studio Art Students Exhibit at The Foundry

The Foundry will host an exhibition of works by Wilson College studio art students at its 100 S. Main St. gallery space in downtown Chambersburg. The show, which will open Feb. 18 and run through March 10, will feature a meet-and-greet with the artists from 5 to 7 p.m. on March 1 during downtown's First Friday activities. The event and the exhibition are free and open to the public.

Spring 2019 Muhibbah Club dinner and entertainment

Wilson College's international student organization, the Muhibbah Club, will host its popular spring dinner featuring dishes from around the world on Saturday, March 2, in Jensen Dining Hall in Lenfest Commons. Doors open and appetizers will be served starting at 5 p.m., followed by dinner. Afterward, students will provide entertainment at 7:30 p.m. in Laird Hall.

As part of the English program’s upcoming Colloquium on Creative Writing and the 2018-19 Writers Series, we are pleased to welcome New Yorker author and novelist Seth Fried to campus. This is a rare opportunity to hear an emerging important voice on the Wilson campus. We invite everyone to the colloquium’s keynote address to hear an amazing talent read from his work!
