The Wilson College Master of Accountancy (MAcc) program provides students with a solid foundation in accounting and related subjects. It is designed to produce graduates who will be successful regardless of their career paths, and who are prepared to assume managerial positions within their employer organizations. Graduates of the program will increase their knowledge and understanding of professional practice within accounting fields and be more valuable to their employers by bringing strategic and executive leadership perspectives to their clients.
Together with an undergraduate degree, Wilson’s 30-credit program provides the necessary courses to meet the CPA exam requirement of 150 academic credit hours. The curriculum covers a range of topics that prepares graduates for success in a variety of accounting fields. The Wilson program also provides the opportunity for a 3+1 option that allows students to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Accountancy in four years.
