    Wilson College Professor Honored by Dog Writers Association of America

    3/8/2011 Wilson College Adjunct Assistant Professor in English Diane Morgan received a Maxwell Award from the Dog Writers Association of America for her article, "Taking the Lead," about training Siberian Huskies. The Maxwell Awards are presented every year in conjunction with the Westminster Dog Show in New York.

    Wilson College Film and Dinner Series Examines 'Soul of India' on March 24

    3/4/2011 India, one of the most colorful and fascinating nations on earth, is the subject of the final offering in the season’s Wilson College World Travel Film and Ethnic Dinner Series, to be held Thursday, March 24. The evening includes a buffet dinner of dishes representative of India at 6 p.m. in Laird Hall, followed by the film, “Soul of India,” and a lecture by documentary filmmaker Rick Ray at 7 p.m. in Thomson Hall’s Alumnae Chapel.
