ArtsFest

artsfest

Save the date for ArtsFest 2026 - April 6 to 10, 2026

The call for proposals for ArtsFest 2026 is now open.  Please complete the following form if you'd like to propose a presentation, performance, project, workshop/class, exhibition, or other type of event during ArtsFest 2026.

ArtsFest 2026 Proposal Form

ArtsFest aims to engage our campus and greater regional community with international artists, art, and artmaking opportunities that reach across disciplines, subject matter, and boundaries, with the intention of fostering relationships, connections, and ideas that affect positive change in our world. Now in its fourth year, ArtsFest is a unique event to Franklin County and the surrounding communities which highlights the outstanding arts and artists in our community. This year’s theme is ART IS... EXPERIMENTATION.

We are seeking Chambersburg and surrounding area artists and arts educators (visual, performing, and literary) who are interested in sharing their experience, expertise, and work at ArtsFest 2026. Appropriate events can be in the form of a presentation/reading, performance, project, workshop/class, exhibition, immersive experience, or other type of arts-based event.

Interested parties should complete the proposal form AVAILABLE HERE by November 8. All ideas are welcome, and the committee is happy to work with anyone who has an idea but needs assistance in bringing it to fruition. Proposals should be financially self-supported, though funding may be available on a very limited case-by-case basis.

If you have any questions, please contact Dillon Beede, Chair of Music via email or Jen Graham, MFA Director via email.
