Early Childhood (Pre-K-4/Elementary) Education Online Degree

Are you interested in becoming certified to teach in grades Pre-K-4, but a traditional in-person college environment just doesn’t work with your lifestyle and day to day demands on your time?

If the answer is yes, consider the flexibility of Wilson College’s online Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood, Pre-K-4 for teacher certification. You’ll learn contemporary trends in teacher education, develop a knowledge base in early childhood education, and form skills as an educator based on current best practices. Upon graduation and certification, you’ll have the skills sets to observe and teach this age group in the public or private school setting within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

All students seeking Pennsylvania certification must follow admission to the Education program as described in the Wilson College catalog. For admissions into this fully online degree and due to the nature of the program, the admissions requirements are as follows:

  • Transfer students must have a GPA of 2.75 or higher from other college
  • If not a transfer, then a high school student must have a GPA of 3.0 unweighted
  • All other requirements must be met from the admissions office

Looking for an online option? Consider pursuing the online bachelors in early childhood education.
