Maryland MARYLAND – several scholarship and grant programs are available only for attendance at Maryland colleges. Below are listed several which may be used by students at Wilson College if the major is not available at a Maryland college. Students must file the FAFSA no later than March 1 and show financial need. Contact the legislators in February for additional information. Senatorial Scholarship – The student and the parents (if a dependent student) must be Maryland residents. You must enroll as a full-time or part-time, degree-seeking undergraduate or graduate student. If your senator makes his/her own awards, you should call or write them for further instructions. The Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA) can provide a list of all State legislators. Some senators ask the OSFA to make awards for them.
