Bio

Sherri Stahl ’25 M.S.N., RN, MHA, NEA-BC, is a seasoned nurse educator and former senior healthcare executive with a distinguished career spanning over 35 years in acute critical care, nursing leadership, and education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Messiah University, a Master of Health Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Wilson College. In her role at Wilson, Stahl brings a unique blend of clinical insight, operational expertise, and academic rigor to her work as an instructor of nursing.

Before transitioning into academia, Stahl held several high-impact leadership positions, including director of nursing, chief nursing officer, and senior vice president of a regional health system. In these roles, she led large, interdisciplinary teams, spearheaded system-wide quality improvement initiatives, and championed strategic planning efforts that enhanced patient outcomes and organizational performance.

Board-certified as a Nurse Executive Advanced (NEA-BC), Stahl is recognized for her visionary leadership, commitment to excellence, and dedication to mentoring emerging nurse leaders. Her leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, innovation, and the continuous pursuit of excellence in patient care.

Now serving as a nurse educator, Stahl is passionate about preparing the next generation of nurses to lead with confidence and compassion. She integrates her extensive leadership experience into the classroom, offering students a real-world perspective on healthcare systems, policy, and professional development. Her mission is to inspire future nurses to think critically, lead ethically, and advocate for meaningful change in healthcare.
