8 small meeting rooms include elegant, formal and informal lounges and board rooms for workshops and seminars - capacity ranges from 10 - 60 people.

Meals for conference groups are all-you-can-eat, served cafeteria style in our Dining Hall with choices of entrees and salad bar. Formal sit-down banquets, picnics and barbecues can be provided with sufficient advance arrangements.
We can provide overnight accommodations for up to approximately 350 guests when students are off campus (i.e., during summer break) and 100 guests when classes are in session. There are a total of five residence halls. Four of these have double and single rooms with bathroom and shower facilities on each floor. Riddle Hall is equipped with semi-private baths. Families and couples are given preference for this facility when possible. Pets are not permitted.

Feel free to visit our Richard Alsina Fulton Center for Sustainable Living and learn about our #1 ranked Community Supported Agriculture program. The surrounding Cumberland Valley offers many exciting activities that range from snow skiing at nearby Whitetail Mountain Resort to scenic and historical parks such as the Gettysburg and Antietam battlefields, and the Appalachian Trail. Opportunities for shopping, antiquing, and golf are also nearby.

The Alumnae Chapel in Thomson Hall provides a lovely backdrop for either a formal or informal ceremony. For your musical accompaniment, Steinway pianos and the marvelous Möller organ are available.
Jensen Dining Hall is the perfect location for a wedding reception for up to 200 guests. With beautiful large windows and hard woods floors, your guests are sure to be impressed! Jensen is rented on a per day basis from 8:00 a.m. to Midnight for only $900.00 for the day (includes all tables, chairs, white linens and setup).

Brooks Science Center is the perfect location for rehearsal dinners and can accommodate up to 50 family and friends. This modern style space is set right in front of an active indoor water fall. Beautiful outdoor covered space is also available.
Thomson Chapel - This beautiful indoor ceremony location can seat upwards of 450 guests and gives you theatre style seating in one of the most picturesque indoor wedding venues in all of Franklin County. Thomson Chapel rents for $450 for the day and includes a 3 hour time frame the evening before to have a rehearsal.

Catering: Events at Wilson College are catered exclusively by Wilson's catering services. With the professional SAGE Dining Services staff your entire wedding menu is completely designed from the ground up. Once you decide to host your event at Wilson we can schedule a time to sit down one on one with our Culinary certified Chef's to talk about what you would like to have served. This can include a favorite dish, something you have had elsewhere even a family recipe.
