Wilson Adds NCEA Equestrian for Fall 2020

Wilson College will add a National Collegiate Equestrian Association (NCEA) Equestrian team in fall 2020, increasing the quality of competition opportunities for the College’s equestrian students.

Thoroughbred Foundation Awards Grant for Scholarships

The Thoroughbred Education and Research Foundation (TERF) has awarded Wilson College a $16,000 grant to provide $4,000 scholarships for four students with animal-related majors, including veterinary medical technology (VMT), animal studies, equestrian studies, equine-facilitated therapeutics and equine journalism.

Wilson College Receives Grant for Summer Therapeutic Riding Program

Wilson College was recently awarded a $3,000 grant from the Jean Morrow Fund of the Franklin County Foundation (FCF) that will enable the college’s therapeutic riding program for special-needs residents to continue through the summer. FCF is a regional foundation of the Harrisburg-based Foundation for Enhancing Communities.
