Programs in education are accredited by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

The Veterinary Medical Technology program is accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association. 

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing and the Master of Science in Nursing programs are accredited by the National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).

Wilson College participates with the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) that establishes comparable standards for interstate offering of postsecondary distance education. The State of Pennsylvania is a member of SARA. Further information can be found here.
