Residence Hall Expansion Project Spring 2026 Wilson College is pleased to announce the launch of a residence hall expansion project at our Chambersburg campus beginning January 28, 2026—a significant investment that reflects Wilson’s continued enrollment growth and its commitment to providing a residential experience that supports student success. Image Over the past several years, Wilson has experienced sustained increases in enrollment, and our on-campus housing has now reached full capacity. To address this demand—and to better meet the evolving needs of today’s students—the College will reimagine existing campus space to create apartment-style housing designed to foster independence, community, and a strong sense of belonging. To fund these exciting developments, the College has begun a fundraising campaign to cover the anticipated $3.6 million project cost.Project DescriptionThis project will transform the ground floor of Prentis Hall and the area above the dining hall, between McElwain and Davison Halls (known as the Platform), into modern, apartment-style residences and a small number of offices. In total, 21 new residential beds will be added to the campus.
